I saved the wrong name on a ticket. Does is matter?

Hiya, Colleen! Welcome to planDisney. We're glad you stopped by!

It sounds like you're making plans to visit the Disneyland Resort in early January! Colleen, I can't think of a better way to kick off the new year. There are so many magical memories just waiting to be made! And I'm very happy to share some good news with you – it's okay if an unused theme park ticket doesn't have the correct name attached to it. When you get ready to scan through the entry at either Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, a Cast Member will take a picture of the Guest using that ticket. Then, the ticket will automatically be assigned to the person using it. Hooray!

Before you arrive, take a little time to download and explore the Disneyland mobile app! You'll be able to check wait times for attractions, access Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services, and (my favorite!) mobile order food at select locations. This is the best way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!

If you have any other questions, I hope you visit us again! After all – you've got a friend in me.

    See ya real soon,
    Michelle
