Hey Howdy Hey, Gary!
Thanks for stopping by and saying hello to the
planDisney Round-Up. You are in for a
Rootin-Tootin time and we are more than happy to help.
Walt Disney World Resort, along with the
Disneyland Resort, are both my most favorite vacation spots ever. My family tries to visit both Resorts at least once a year. And if we budget well, sometimes we can sneak in a trip more than once. So I’ll be more than happy to help share some of our saving tips with you.
The first thing we do is check out the available
Special Offers, Deals & Discounts. Sometimes we can find one that aligns with our travel dates and helps us save. Once we figure out a general idea of how much we need, we start to save. Our first saving trick is something our kids do, they gather all the spare change around the house and create a change jar that stays in the living room. We labeled the jar as our “Disney money”. Next, we try and save where we can. Budgeting a certain amount to save a week (separately) as “Disney money” works the best for us. Instead of just pulling your weekly amount to save aside, sometimes using that amount to purchase as a
Disney Gift Card, works better.
We usually try to save, or get a Disney Gift Card, anywhere from $10.00- $50.00 a week. You will be surprised how quickly it adds up. Aside from how to save, we at planDisney all have different tips and tricks on how to save money while in the parks. So if you need any help budgeting for your visit, let us know,
we can help with that too!
So Long Partner,
