Going to Sanaa for our anniversary and we’re super excited about trying the bread service! But after all that naan, will we be able to finish the entrees? Are the entrees large enough for a couple to share-especially if we want to save room for dessert?

Jambo Lindsay! Welcome back to planDisney.

Happy Anniversary! Sanaa is one of my absolute favorite Walt Disney World Restaurants at such an immersive African-inspired resort, Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village. I suggest going early, to grab a glass of wine and head out to the rocking chairs located outside of the lobby to gaze at giraffes and zebras.

I like the way you think or maybe it's because your plan is exactly my husband and I's approach to our dinners at Sanaa. Personally, we are full to the brim sharing. We positively, absolutely, cannot miss the Indian Bread Service and all of those amazing accompaniments. The Mango Chutney and Red Chile Sambal are my personal favorites. Sometimes we ask our server to bring the bread service at the same time as our main entree for us to sample and share together. It really is your choice, but I do know the servers will do their best to honor your request. And what celebration would be complete without dessert or one of Sanaa's specialty cocktails? The Malawi Mango Margarita is divine! I hope you guys enjoy your special night, be sure to let the server know you are celebrating. Protip, finish the evening by heading next door to Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge, for a nightcap at my favorite, Victoria Falls Lounge.

Be sure to stop by the hotel front desk or Guest Relations if visiting the parks for a complimentary Happy Anniversary button. You will be greeted with so many well wishes throughout your stay. And you never know when that button will result in a little extra magic.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
