    Do any of the salons or HBS do anything special for Lock of Love donations? Do they know how the instructions and how to mail it, or should I come with that information? Also do you have the phone number so I can make reservations for my DD (5). Thanks!

    Hi Maura,

    I tried to call Ivy Trellis at the Grand Floridian Resort on your behalf, but it had already closed for the evening. However, you can call the salon directly at 407-824-3000 ext. 2581 to inquire about their assisting with Lock of Love donations as well as making reservations.

    It is so touching that your daughter would like to donate her hair; what a beautiful heart she has!
