Ahoy, Brandie!
Thanks for cruising by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.
I'm so happy to hear that you and your little one will soon be sailing away with Captain Mickey and his crew on a Disney Cruise Line vacation.
As long as you are the parent or legal guardian of your daughter, there are no additional forms that will need to be completed to sail with her. The only time a
Minor Authorization Form would be necessary is if a child is traveling with someone other than his/her parent or guardian. The only documentation you should need for your little princess is her passport or original birth certificate, and you should be good to go! (Of course, if it makes you feel more comfortable to bring along a copy of your custody paperwork, feel free to do so, but you will not be asked to present it.)
Disney Cruise Line has so many amazing activities and events that you and your daughter can experience together, such as Broadway-style shows,
Character Greetings, first-run movies, Deck Parties, and more. You can also make time to explore the ship on your own while your little one enjoys some time in the awesome
Youth Clubs onboard. A Disney Cruise is the perfect vacation for guests of ALL ages, and you and your daughter are going to be making magical memories to last a lifetime. I'm so excited for you!
Please let us know if you have more questions before your sail date - we're happy to help.
Have a magical day! - Diane W.
