Ahoy, Marco, and welcome to planDisney! You picked a fantastic itinerary – not only will you stop at both of
Disney's private islands, but you'll also enjoy
lots of Halloween fun on the ship. I'm happy to share more details about what you can look forward to.
Marco, the schedules are subject to change, but it looks like there are three themed evenings planned for your sailing:
- Day 2 (Castaway Cay): Mickey's Mouse-Querade Party is a true Halloween celebration. It typically includes trick-or-treating, dancing, games, and more fun. Plus, you're welcome to wear a costume!
- Day 3 (Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point): Pirate Night brings a swashbuckling atmosphere to the ship. There will be a themed dinner, special activities, a thrilling deck show, and even fireworks (weather permitting). Feel free to dress like a pirate!
- Day 4 (At Sea): There's an optional dress-up night, which is a great time to wear something fancy to dinner. This feels like a nice way to celebrate your final evening on board.
Check out the Disney Cruise Line website for a
helpful packing list, including items that are good to keep in a carry-on bag for easy access on embarkation day. There's also
guidance on costumes that's worth reviewing.
Once you're connected to the ship's Wi-Fi, the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app will update with everything you need to know for your sailing, including the confirmed schedule for themed nights and activities, your rotational dining assignment, Character meet-and-greets, and more! You'll also discover seasonal fun, which may include anything from costume contests and eerie storytelling to pumpkin carving. As someone who's also looking forward to an upcoming
Halloween on the High Seas sailing, I share your excitement about all the special activities and decorations on board. Don't miss the pumpkin tree in the atrium!
Marco, I hope you have a fantastic time sailing to
The Bahamas aboard the Disney Wish. If you think of any other questions between now and embarkation day, please reach out – we're always happy to help here at planDisney!
Smooth sailing ahead,
Kriss
