Cheers, Katie, and welcome back to planDisney!
I'm delighted to report that you and your sailing crew will experience all the fun and frivolity associated with
Pirate Night smack dab in the middle of your sailing on the
Disney Fantasy. After your day in La Coruna, your night will take on a Caribbean theme as you experience all things associated with a festive
Pirate Deck Party, including your favorite Disney Pals dressed in pirate garb. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like there will be any fireworks on this itinerary, but I always like to bring glow-in-the-dark bracelets (both for my family and to hand out to other Guests) to help light up the night in a different way.
And since you seem to be a planner like me, I went ahead and looked at the other theme nights for your 7-Night Western European Cruise. Night 2 will be a Formal Night in whichever rotational dining restaurant you’re assigned to for that meal. Then on your final evening, dinner attire will be Semi-Formal. If you’re matching these nights up with your sailing schedule, then you’ll notice they both come after your days at sea. For me, this means I can give myself a little more time to primp and pamper myself before dinner without having to sacrifice any time at port or on the pool deck.
These days could also be the opportune times to schedule a spa service at
Senses. I also take advantage of these moments to schedule a complimentary photo shoot at Shutters Studio onboard. While there is a cost associated with purchasing the photos, the private sitting itself is free. You could get a head start on pictures for your family holiday card or even just a new cover photo for social media!
You already know how much fun a Disney Cruise can be, Katie, so keep an eye on your emails for any other
Castaway Club updates that might appear before your trip. Until then, you know we’ll be right here at
planDisney if you think of any other questions or need some further advice ahead of your magical voyage.
Embrace the magic,
Sami
