Ahoy Baleigh!
Let the countdown to your Disney Dream voyage begin! If you need any assistance with any of the new requirements that Captain Mickey has in place, there’s a great
Pre-Cruise Checklist available that will walk you through all the steps to the process.
The
Ground Transportation link says that if you have booked a stay at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport before your cruise and purchased transfers from the airport to the port, you should
call Disney Cruise Line and let them know so they can ensure a seamless transportation process. That way, they can account for you already being at the airport and can take into account your Port Arrival Time to determine a departure time from the airport. Generally, it’s approximately 1 hour from the Orlando International Airport to Port Canaveral, depending on traffic.
Here’s the
arrival procedure: when being dropped off for arrival at the terminal, Guests will be directed to a drop-off location where they can check their luggage with one of the luggage stewards before heading to the COVID-19 PCR testing site next to the parking garage.
Having an 11:30 A.M. Port Arrival Time gives you a leg up on getting that testing done and the check-in process completed. From there, where you go is up to you! You might choose to grab lunch first. Or maybe you are a “go for a swim or take a slide on the
AquaDuck” kind of Guest. Whatever you decide, let the ship become your playground!
Baleigh, our planDisney playground is always open to you and we are willing to talk about Disney travel anytime. Wishing you the most DREAMy voyage ever!
Happy Sailing!
