Mychal, welcome aboard! Thank you for cruising our way with your question.
What’s better than a Disney Cruise Line vacation? Sailing with friends and family! Sharing a delicious meal together each evening is an excellent opportunity to reconnect and discuss your daily adventures exploring the ship and the beautiful ports of call. I’m happy to show you how to link your reservations together.
Locate your reservation under the Already Booked tab on the
Disney Cruise Line website. Click the drop-down arrow next to your reservation number and select “Add and Link Reservations.” Alternatively, open the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and locate your reservation. From there, click the three horizontal lines on the bottom right-hand side of the screen labeled "More." Then click "Add Reservation" right below the waving Captain Mickey.
For either method, you will need the last name, date of birth, and reservation number of one of the Guests in each stateroom you are connecting. Once you’ve added the staterooms, you should be able to see all the Guests to coordinate your plans.
The dining team will work to ensure you are seated together if you have the same dining times. You are assigned either
main or second seating. Your dining time is listed next to your stateroom information. You can also request a particular table location from the drop-down menu located in the Special Requests tab. If your crew hopes to hang with Crush or sing with Elsa, select near a screen or near a stage for entertainment. You can also ask for a highchair or booster seat and let your dining room servers know of any celebrations. I should mention that table requests are never guaranteed, but the dining team will try their best to accommodate them.
If you experience any technical challenges, please
call Disney Cruise Line or your travel agent. They can also link the reservations for you. I hope your group has a fantastic time! Please stop by and see us again. My pals and I are always delighted to help!
SEAS the adventure!
