Ahoy there, Sarah!
Your 3-week countdown is here and I'm sure your whole household is just buzzing with excitement. That countdown tells me that you will need to also plan for costumes, since you'll be on the
Halloween on the High Seas voyage! I'm giddy with excitement with you... this will be an awesome cruise - and THE best Halloween celebration ever!
For a second there, I totally felt like you just took a peek at my luggage :-). I'm pretty big on tea, and I have my own go-to stash depending on how I feel every day. Going on vacation doesn't change that - I love sampling new & different types of teas... and as a habit, I still pack a couple of favorites. I've had no problems with taking my ginger honey tea bags with me on cruises. I do make sure that anything I take on board are sealed and packaged.
Once you are onboard, you might want to drop in at the
Spa... they've got some good tasting tea at their waiting room. Just be warned, once you get a whiff of the aromatics in there, you might want to stick around longer for one of their treatments or opt for a day pass. You definitely should. Call it 'me time'... you are on vacation, aren't you? On embarkation day, check out when the Spa tour and presentation will be... they usually offer specials and raffles to guests who attend.
I'm crossing my fingers that you and your family do not get any motion sickness while on your cruise. Hopefully, you'll be too distracted with all the spooktacular activities and amazing decorations - you won't even feel a thing. My family has always enjoyed cruising with Disney, and I hope that you and your family enjoy sailing with Captain Mickey too! Let me know if you've got more questions before you set sail.
Bon voyage!
