Your Disney cruise will be here before you know it! I’m very happy that you have a fun cruise countdown to look forward to, as I find my day goes much better when remembering that I have a Disney cruise countdown happening! Part of that cruise prep is figuring out all the fun travel details, such as flight, hotel, and transportation to the port. Therefore, I would be happy to share about Disney partner hotels in the
Fort Lauderdale area, as well as
Ground Transportation to and from Port Everglades.
Disney Cruise Line makes it incredibly easy for their guests to travel from the airport to their hotel, and to the port for their cruise, and then back again. True to Disney Cruise Line fashion, the entire process is easy, seamless, and efficient, as is the booking process.
Currently, there are three hotels in the
Fort Lauderdale area with which Disney Cruise Line is partnered. They are the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa, Hilton Fort Lauderdale Marina, and the Omni Fort Lauderdale. I have stayed in each of these hotel franchises during various travels, and I find all of them to be well-priced and kid-friendly. (You might even find some fellow Disney cruisers wandering around!) However, as with any hotel, pricing varies based on availability, so my recommendation if you’re looking for the best price is to book as early as you can.
Ground Transportation to Port Everglades is also available at each of these three hotels, as well as at the Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, to either the hotels or to Port Everglades. The easiest way to book a hotel stay at one of the three hotels, as well as Ground Transportation, is to
call Disney Cruise Line, where a Cast Member will be happy to assist with this.
You also have the option of booking Ground Transportation from the hotels to Port Everglades and back on the Disney Cruise Line website. To do this, log in to your reservation, click “Ground Transportation” under the “Already Booked” tab, and then follow the prompts to book.
