Hi I am sailing on the Norwegian Fjords cruise on 15th September. Day 3 says Norweigan Fjords sailing- can you tell me exactly where this will be sailing, will we be sailing up a Fjord or able to see them at all or will it just be at sea? Thank you

    Ahoy Zoe!

I have to admit I am positively jealous of your upcoming itinerary! My family visited Norway by land several years ago, and it still stands as the most breathtaking place I have ever experienced. And now, you get to explore it aboard the Disney Fantasy, what an absolute dream! The dramatic fjords and stunning coastline of Norway are truly unforgettable.

Looking at your route, Day 3 does not have a specific course mapped out. I checked in with a friendly Cast Member at Disney Cruise Line, and they shared that the captain charts the path based on weather and sea conditions that day. That said, unless the seas are unusually challenging, you can count on sailing through Nordfjord, one of Norway’s longest and most majestic fjords, on your way to Olden. If you have not done so already, I suggest peeking at some of the port adventures that feature smaller boats, as they allow you to weave even deeper into these magnificent waterways.

Here is a fun fact for you: Disney Cruise Line made Disney history back in 2015 when the Magic sailed the Norwegian fjords, bringing Disney magic to this storybook landscape for the very first time. Since then, these sailings have become some of the most sought-after itineraries in the fleet!

Wherever Day 3 takes you, one thing is certain: it is going to be filled with jaw-dropping views, a touch of Disney magic, and memories you will treasure forever.

    Bon Voyage!
