Hi - Sailing on 5-night Magic. Our cruise ends the morning of Dec. 18 which is the day the new Star Wars movie comes out. Will there be a midnight showing the final night of our cruise? Thanks!

    Ahoy, Bethany!

Your magical voyage is getting closer... can you believe it's already October? December will be here sooner than you know it, and you'll be enjoying the Sail Away Party with Captain Mickey and his crew up on deck!

Your Very MerryTime Cruise will be packed with lots of fun exciting activities for the whole family. Catching up on the latest Disney flicks is one of my favorite things to do when we are onboard one of the Disney Cruise ships. It's wonderful that Disney shares the latest opening night celebrations and new releases of films -- usually, right at the crack of midnight on the scheduled release date! Same schedule on land and sea!

Watch out for special announcements onboard. Usually, your Cruise Director will do these types of special announcements right before the evening shows. You'll also find the details on the Personal Navigator. Since the new Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens is being released on December 18th... then you might just need to be up at midnight for the special screening. It will be a big event -- and tons of Star Wars fans are extremely excited to watch it! If they do announce the special screening, make sure you get to the theater early for a good seat. I would get there 20-30 minutes prior to midnight... this will surely be a full house.

    Have a great vacation, Bethany!
