Warmest greetings, Emily! It's my pleasure to welcome you back to planDisney!
I'm excited to see that you'll be hopping aboard the
Disney Magic in just a few weeks! Last year my family and I also cruised from New Orleans and loved departing from this unique port.
Emily, one of the reasons I love Disney Cruise Line so much is
the characters on board! Where else you can rub elbows with Disney Princesses and high-five Mickey Mouse before dinner?
Booking for the Royal Gathering will open up 30 days before your sail date, so you'll be able to see the available date(s) and times beginning at midnight on the 30-day mark before your trip. In order to book this complimentary experience, make sure you are logged into your Disney Cruise Line account and click on, "My Cruise Activities." Emily, while I don't have exact days and times for
your sailing, I'll share that on our cruise from New Orleans last year, the Royal Gathering was offered on multiple days with varying times. If this activity is a priority, I will encourage you to stay up late, channel your inner Cinderella as the clock strikes midnight, and check availability then.
It might also help to know that if you don't see availability online, you can stop by the
Guest Services Desk (located on deck 3) as soon as you embark and inquire about any last-minute reservations.
Emily, I'll be hoping that the Fairy Godmother helps you have a sailing fit for a real-life Queen!
If you have any additional questions, make sure to come on back to planDisney where we are happier than Cinderella in a perfectly fitting glass slipper to serve a returning guest.
Lauren
