Hi there, Michelle!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! How excited are you to be going on a Disney Cruise NEXT month!?!? My family just got off the Disney Wonder last week and I sure wish I was headed back there next month…we had just the best time and I was not ready for it to end! So many WONDERful things await you onboard, but I must say my favorites are
“Frozen, A Musical Spectacular” and the bread pudding from Tiana’s Place. Trust me, those two things are NOT to be missed!
A complete schedule of onboard activities and events is not available prior to your voyage so I cannot guarantee what, if any, special holiday-themed activities will be offered onboard on your embarkation day. Typically, on embarkation day there are not many activities scheduled until after the mandatory Guest Assembly Drill and celebration sail away party. The Voyage Navigator that you receive when you check-in at the port in San Diego will have a complete schedule of that day’s events. You will also want to have the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app downloaded to your smartphone so that you can access a variety of information, schedule of events and more while onboard.
If you are still looking for a fantastic excursion for Cabo San Lucas, I highly recommend the
Dolphin Encounter! My boys did this last October when we sailed there, and my three-year old nephew did it this past week and both times the experience was excellent. My boys still talk about their belly ride on a dolphin and my nephew had such a great time splashing with the dolphins!
Wishing you a magical and memorable week with Captain Mickey!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
