Ahoy there, Samantha!
Welcome aboard planDisney! A 5-night sailing aboard the Disney Magic plus the fun of Halloween on the High Seas sounds like a ghoulishly good time for you and your crew!
Your sailing is packed with fun themed evenings, and here’s the current plan so you can get your packing list squared away:
• Day 1 (San Diego) – Cruise Casual
• Day 2 (At Sea) – Optional Dress-Up Night
• Day 3 (Cabo San Lucas) – Pirate Night
• Day 4 (At Sea) – Mickey’s Mouse-querade and Trick-or-Treating
• Day 5 (Ensenada) – Cruise Casual
So, to answer your question,
Pirate Night is definitely in the plan! It’s going to be a swashbuckling good time, with pirate-y activities throughout the day, a pirate-themed dinner menu, and a deck party to cap off the evening. And yes, you can expect fireworks at sea, weather permitting!
Since you’re also sailing during
Halloween on the High Seas, you’ll have another big themed evening with Mickey’s Mouse-querade and Trick-or-Treating on Day 4. That gives you two very different opportunities to get into the spirit of your sailing, so your crew has plenty of reasons to bring some festive gear along!
Don’t forget to keep your eye on your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you board the ship. Entertainment schedules are always subject to shift with the tides, so you’ll want to use the app as your map and compass to confirm the final times and locations for Pirate Night, the deck party, and all the other activities.
I hope this helps you get your crew ready for a week that has both pirates and Halloween waiting around the next wave. With
the Disney Magic, fireworks over the Pacific, and a little pirate mischief on the schedule, I think you’re in for an adventure that would make even Captain Jack Sparrow want to stow away!
Sea ya real soon as summer waves goodbye and autumn magic begins to shine,
Dustin
