    Sailing on the Magic in Jan. for 6 nights out of Galveston. Does my 13 year old son have to have a sports jacket or suit for formal night? Can he get away with just wearing a dress shirt and tie?

    I'm excited to hear that you'll be enjoying the beautiful Disney Magic in January! 

    Your son can certainly get away with wearing a dress shirt and tie.  In fact, my son wore a shirt and tie for formal night on our last Disney sailing.  I'll be honest, I didn't want to buy one, and I sure didn't want to pack one!
