    We will be sailing on the Magic in February. Can we use Disney gift cards to make purchases from the shops on the ship or apply the gift cards to our outstanding balance at the end of the cruise?

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your MAGICal voyage to paradise is just months away! The Disney Magic holds a special place near and dear to my heart because it was the first Disney Cruise ship I ever set sail on. Once onboard, definitely check out Tangled: The Musical! You'll be dancing in your seat while Rapunzel and Flynn Rider dance and sing on stage!

    Disney Gift Cards make the perfect holiday gift, especially since you'll be able to add them to your stateroom folio during your upcoming Disney Cruise! Once onboard, stop at the Guest Services Desk and have them add each Disney Gift Card to your stateroom account. This will give you a credit on your account. When you use your "Key to the World" card to make purchases onboard, the charges will be deducted from the credit the Disney Gift Cards created when you added them to your account! Even charges associated with Port Adventures and dining at Palo will be taken care of by deducting them from the credit applied via the Disney Gift Cards. I always recommend keeping one of your Disney Gift Cards after adding them to your onboard account because if you have any credit left over at the end of your voyage, the Guest Services Team can put the amount back onto your Disney Gift Card for you to use another time!
