Sailing on the Magic in February. Are back floatation devices allowed for toddlers in the pool?

    Ahoy, Karen!

Thanks for cruising by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question - I'm happy to help!

I'm so excited to hear you'll be sailing on the beautiful Disney Magic next month - I'm sure you're counting down the days until your magical vacation begins. One of my friends set sail on the Magic today with her family of seven (five little girls!), and I can't wait to hear about all of their adventures at sea with Captain Mickey!

While flotation vests are provided at the onboard pools, you're also welcome to bring a personal flotation device from home for your little one. When my daughter was little, she was accustomed to the "puddle jumper" style flotation vest that went across her chest and arms. We brought hers along so she'd feel comfortable in the water, where we spent many hours while onboard!

I hope this helps with your planning and packing, and that you have a wonderful vacation on the Disney Magic. Bon Voyage! - Diane W.
