Hi there, Sandy! Welcome back to planDisney. My pals and I are happy you cruised back to us with another question. I'm happy to help!
My family is also planning to set sail on the Disney Magic to Alaska this summer. We'll be a few cruises ahead of you and we are counting down the days! The adventure cannot come soon enough. Let's take a peek at the suggested dining attire to see what Disney Cruise Line has currently scheduled for your sailing:
- Night One - Vancouver - Cruise Casual
- Night Two - At Sea - Formal Night
- Night Three - Glacier Experience - Cruise Casual
- Night Four - Skagway - Cruise Casual
- Night Five - Icy Strait Point - Semi-Formal Night
- Night Six - Ward Cove (Ketchikan) - Cruise Casual
- Night Seven - At Sea - Cruise Casual
At this time, no themed Deck Parties are listed for your itinerary. Since I'm sailing on the same itinerary as you, feel free to come back to planDisney in June or July and ask me directly if I experienced any themed Deck Parties on my sailing. I'd be happy to share my experience. You never know when there will be new entertainment offerings to enjoy.
One thing I know for sure is that there will be plenty of fun in store. Your Cruise Director will be busy planning activities, live entertainment, and something for everyone to enjoy during your sailing. I personally love to take part in the trivia games on board. I may be a tad competitive, and I love having a winner's medal around my neck!
Before you leave home, I highly recommend that you download the latest version of the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to your smartphone. The app will point your compass toward everything there is to enjoy while at sea.
Have a splendid sailing! Sail back to us any time!
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
