Ahoy there, Mary-Jo!
Welcome aboard planDisney! Your countdown is almost complete, and before you know it, you’ll be walking through the Grand Hall as your adventure officially begins. I can already sense that excitement bubbling like a witch’s brew as you prepare to celebrate
Halloween on the High Seas—one of my favorite times to sail with Disney Cruise Line!
When it comes to anything special happening on your sailing, it’s Disney… so of course there is! I grabbed my crystal ball (with a little help from Fairy Godmother’s magic and maybe a sprinkle of Tinker Bell’s pixie dust) and I believe you and your crew are setting
sail on the Disney Wish! Now, before I reveal your future, remember that even Madame Leota would tell you to double-check everything using your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once onboard, since entertainment schedules can always shift like sand under the sea. Here’s what my enchanted vision shows for your voyage—and it looks spook-tacular!
• Day 2 (At Sea) – Halloween on the High Seas: This is the main event! You and your crew will want to
don your favorite costumes for a spook-tacular day of treats, tunes, and dancing alongside Mickey and his pals in their own Halloween best. Keep an eye out for festive activities, spooky-themed crafts, and classic Disney Halloween movies playing on Funnel Vision. The night typically wraps up with trick-or-treating and Mickey’s Mouse-querade Deck Party, where the whole ship gets in on the fun!
• Day 3 (Nassau) – Pirate Night: Just when you think the festivities can’t get any more thrilling, it’s time to swap your witch hat for a pirate bandana!
Pirate Night is a swashbuckling good time with themed dining, deck parties, and—if the weather cooperates—fireworks at sea. It’s truly a night where Captain Jack Sparrow would say, “Bring me that horizon!”
• Day 4 (
Castaway Cay) – Optional "Dress-Up" Night: Your final evening offers one last chance to show off your finery! Whether you channel your inner royalty or keep it classic, it’s the perfect opportunity for photos in the Grand Hall and to toast to all the memories made during your voyage.
I hope this helps as you prepare for your spellbinding adventure! Here’s wishing you a cruise filled with more treats than tricks, and memories that’ll follow you home like the ghostly echoes of the Haunted Mansion.
Sea ya real soon with boo-tiful nights and frightfully fun days,
Dustin
