Hi there, George!
It's crunch time as you get your crew ready to set sail on a DREAMy voyage with Disney Cruise Line! Soon you'll be in beautiful
Fort Lauderdale at Port Everglades, ready to get this magical vacation underway. It won't be long now.
George, I'm glad you reached out to planDisney to ensure your land-to-sea transition on Friday is as smooth as possible. To board the
Disney Dream, you'll need your
port arrival form handy or have it saved to your mobile wallet. This will list the members of your travel party with your port arrival time. This form will be shown multiple times from port arrival to boarding the ship. If your crew is traveling with
valid US passports (or passport cards), those will need to be presented to the Cast Member checking you in at the port. For those not traveling with passports, an original state-issued birth certificate, along with a government-issued photo ID (for those 16 and over), is required. At this time, mobile and digital IDs are not accepted. If you've ordered
DisneyBand+ to use on the ship, you can link them to your onboard account at check-in, so have those handy as well. Having everything organized and ready for the Cast Member will make this process quick and easy. You'll be headed through security and waiting in the terminal to board the ship in no time.
As you count down the final hours, George, be sure your crew has all downloaded the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Not only will it keep you informed about all the events and activities, but you'll also be able to chat with your party throughout the cruise. Each member will have their own unique chat ID to stay in contact, whether on the ship or enjoying
Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point.
Have the most magical time on your Bahamian adventure, George, and thank you for sailing by!
Nancy
