Ahoy, Chrissy!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your upcoming inaugural voyage aboard Disney Cruise Line is going to be so unforgettable! Beginning the holidays with a Disney Cruise will put you and your pirate crew right into the spirit of the season! My family and I just sailed the high seas last month in a Concierge-level stateroom. You're going to love all the luxurious amenities in your home away from home!
Chrissy, since you will be sailing as a Concierge Guest, you will not need to choose a
Port Arrival Time during your Online Check-in process. This means you are free to board your Disney Cruise ship at any time, as soon as they begin welcoming Guests onboard! Boarding usually starts around noon; however, I've boarded as a Concierge Guest as early as 11:45 a.m. I recommend arriving to the Cruise Terminal around 11:15 a.m.; typically, the Cruise Terminal opens around 11:00 a.m. This will allow you time to look around the terminal, check in for your voyage and be ready to step aboard and explore all that the ship has to offer as soon as they begin the boarding process!
If you'd prefer to arrive a little later to the Cruise Terminal, no worries at all! You may board at any time during the boarding process. I just wanted to mention that the Concierge Team onboard usually hosts a Welcome Reception the early afternoon of embarkation day where they'll introduce themselves, give you information about your voyage and assist you with planning any other
activities throughout your cruise. This reception is fun, informative and usually is accompanied with complimentary tasty treats and beverages - you won't want to miss it!
If you have any other questions before your first Disney Cruise, please sail back and visit us again!
