Hi moms! We'll be sailing on our first Disney cruise the end of April. What time should we arrive at the port? We are travelling via car rental and have flexability on our arrival time. We would like to beat the crouds, if that's even possible. Thanks!

    Ahoy Allison!

The terminal opens between 11:00am and 11:30am. They start checking in at 1:00pm. I will tell you that I have checked in earlier, but really, it depends on when US Customs clears the ship for a new sailing. You have to be on the ship no later than 3:40 to 4:00 pm. The ship will depart at 5:00pm. In reference to luggage, you can check it in with a baggage handler when you arrive at the terminal. The next time you see it will be by your stateroom door. I hope this helps you plan. It's best to get there early so you can get your picture taken with Captain Mickey.

Please let me know if you have any other questions.  I'm happy to help.  Bon voyage!
