    We are sailing for our first cruise April 2017 concierge and wanted to know what time I can call the concierge specialist for a cabana request/reservation? We are central time so can I call my time 7:30 am 125 days out?Thanks!

By choosing to stay in a Concierge level stateroom with Disney Cruise Line, your pirate crew is in for luxury and service beyond compare. Not only will you receive upgraded amenities in your stateroom, but you will also benefit from having the personal services of the Shoreside Concierge Team prior to sailing.

    Your Shoreside Concierge will contact you prior to your sailing to find out if you have any special requests (like Cabana reservations, character breakfasts, specialty dining at Palo) and they are more than happy to book those things for you ahead of time. Prior to sailing, concierge guests receive a print-out of all their reservations and are contacted if any changes need to be made. The service provided by Shoreside Concierge leaves guests with an easy and worry-free cruise planning experience.
