    We are sailing in a few weeks with my grandchildren on the Disney Dream. My youngest granddaughter is 6 months old can you tell me if there is stroller rental or should we bring our own?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  What a fun adventure you have approaching and sailing with little ones is always magical.  I love seeing things through my little one’s eyes; their wonder and amazement is contagious and makes everything more memorable!  And Disney Cruise Line makes traveling with the littlest ones a breeze.  

    Disney Cruise Line does has a limited number of strollers available onboard.  You can check with Guest Services when you arrive on the ship and if available, you can rent one with a fully refundable deposit of $250.  Please note this is current pricing and pricing is subject to change.  The strollers available are three-wheeled jogging strollers.  I definitely consider a stroller to be a necessity when traveling with babies and toddlers and if at all possible I recommend bringing your own. A reclining umbrella stroller is perfect for cruise ship traveling as it collapses to fit easily underneath your bed in your stateroom.  Sometimes larger jogging strollers are cumbersome and take up a lot of room and don't always fit through your stateroom entry door which can be problematic with a snoozing baby!

    Be sure to reserve “it’s a small world” nursery! hours prior to your sailing as well as request a pack and play and diaper pail for your stateroom.  We like using the nursery for naptime for our boys so that we could enjoy the ship while they got their naps in!
