We are sailing on the Fantasy in late February, 2015. Recent Facebook posts indicate that you need to secure tickets to meet Elsa and Anna. Where are tickets given out? My 6yr old would be crushed to miss this!

    Welcome aboard, Melissa!

Your voyage on the majestic Disney Fantasy is coming up soon. Your crew is surely bursting with excitement already.

The new meet and greets with the famous sisters onboard has been very popular. A lot of Frozen fans have been quite pleased with how Disney Cruise Line has been handling this event. My family and I were very impressed when we experienced this late last year. The Queen Elsa and Princess Anna meet and greet sessions are on a first come first served basis. The tickets (no extra charge) are given out on embarkation day. When you walk onboard the ship, I would recommend checking out the Personal Navigator first to confirm this event and where and when tickets are being handed out. When we sailed last year, I just went to Guest Services to get tickets -- you'll only need 1 ticket per stateroom. The ticket will tell you when the meet and greet is, and the venue onboard. Schedules are always subject to change - but Guest Services will give you the most accurate information during your voyage.

It was a great experience for us. We came right on time (time will be printed on your ticket), and we waited in a short line for just 5 minutes. When it was our turn, we were able to chit chat and take loads of pictures with Elsa and Anna. The Disney Photographers will be there to take professional photos for you and your family. And they will also be very happy to take pictures for you on your camera and smart phones. Everyone can be IN the picture!

I hope this information helps, Melissa. Please do chat with us again if you need any other planning help for your upcoming cruise.

    Have a pixie dusted day!
