    We will be sailing on the Fantasy on June 23. Our school participates in the SCRIP program and I have purchased Disney gift cards to use for our account payment. Will I be able to use this to pay for our tipping as well?

    Congratulations on your upcoming cruise!  I'm so excited to know that you're going to be sailing on the magnificent Disney Fantasy!  It's such an amazing ship you'll never want to go home!

    Using Disney gift cards are an excellent way to pay for your stateroom account.  Everything including gratuities can be charged back to your room, and the balance can certainly be paid with the gift cards.  I'll give you a tip that one of my Moms Panel family members recently gave the rest of us.  Photo copy the back of your Disney Gift Card.  If you lose it (Heaven forbid), you actually may be able to recover it with the serial number on the back.  I always keep my gift cards in the stateroom safe along with my travel documents.
