Hi there, Jennifer!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am so glad you stopped by with your questions about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation. With non-stop activities and incredible entertainment, you are going to have a FANTASTic time at sea.
One of my favorite things about a Disney Cruise Line vacation is their unique rotational dining system. Each night you will rotate between the three onboard restaurants and experience different menus and totally different experiences. And best of all, your dining room servers will follow you each night, so you will see a familiar face each night and they will quickly learn of any “favorites” and will making your dining experience so memorable! You do not need to make reservations for the main dining rooms, but if you would like to enjoy an
adult-exclusive dinner, you will want to reserve a table. These fine dining experiences do have an additional charge associated with dining there, but believe me, the chocolate souffle at Palo is worth it!
Each night there will be two performances of a top-notch show in the onboard
Walt Disney Theatre. If you have main dining, you will attend the second performance and if you have second dining, you will attend the first performance. Reservations are not required for the onboard shows, either!
When traveling with little ones, some of the excursions are limited due to age restrictions. I would consider a day at the beach at one – or both – of those ports! Additionally, did you know you could always leave her onboard in the nursery while you enjoy an experience on land!?!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
