Final countdown, Stacey!
Just a few more days, and you'll be sailing off into the sunset and partying with Captain Mickey. I still remember my first cruise... our senses were on hyperdrive on embarkation day. There will be much going on -- it will feel like you want to see everything right now, all at the same time. The 3-nights will go quick... so you'll want to make sure you hit the top must-do's, since you might not be able to squeeze everything on just one voyage.
I do suggest that you NOT miss any of the evening live shows at the theater. Depending on your dinner seating (1st or 2nd), you'll either be watching the early or late show. Enjoying the 3 main dining rooms and tasting their menu items at dinner (or lunch or breakfast) is a must as well. Dinner could easily be an hour to an hour and a half. You are welcome to order anything on the menu. And no one will stop you from ordering more than 1 entree or appetizer or dessert... so have a try at new items that challenge your palate. If the kids like steak, they can have it every night! If you are traveling with children, please do make use of the
Youth Clubs -- they are absolutely amazing and you might also want to spend some time in there... thank goodness for daily Open Houses :-). There are new spaces on the Disney Dream that you should not miss... the Millennium Falcon at the Oceaneer Club looks amazing!
The latest Disney movies will be shown on board, so if you want to catch up on any flicks like Inside Out, Ant Man, Avengers: Age of Ultron and a few others, it's a great time for that too. Be prepared to enjoy
Disney a little differently, Stacey.
Wishing a splashtacular voyage!
Bon voyage,
~ Dolly
