    Hi! We are sailing on the Dream in July for a 5 night double dip to Castaway Cay and a stop at Nassau. How do I find out if there will be a pirate night on that sailing?

    Hi there, Jodi!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I am so excited for your voyage on the Disney Dream next summer!  My bucket list includes an itinerary that double dips at Castaway Cay, which is quite possibly one of my favorite ports to visit when sailing with Captain Mickey!  Where else can you spend the day on a soft, sandy beach AND have a dance party with Mickey and friends?!?!  It just can’t be beat!

    I checked with Disney Cruise Line and you can expect your itinerary to have a Pirate Night while you are onboard, although the schedule has not yet been finalized for your sailing.  I recommend checking back periodically online because it will be updated once the schedule has been made.  My family always looks forward to dressing up on Pirate Night – especially my two young boys who look forward to visiting the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique for a Pirates League makeover.  They go in as little boys and come out as swashbuckling pirates ready to take on any enemy that may try to board the ship.  If you are traveling with any young buccaneers, reservations at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique can be made when your online booking window opens!

    If you haven’t yet set a cruise countdown clock, there is one on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app!  Go ahead and download it now, set that clock and watch the days tick away!  Before you know it, your adventure will be here, and you will be heading to sea for fun and adventure…and TWO days at Castaway Cay!  Please come back with any other questions you have as your planning continues!
