I am sailing on the Dream on August 23, 2021. Since there are new restrictions, will there still be a pirate night? If so, what night is it?

    Ahoy Denise!

Welcome aboard! I hope you are eager to soak up all the Disney magic and make lots of incredible memories on your Disney cruise in a few day’s time.

This week, the Disney Dream was the first ship to return to cruising from the U.S. Yippee! The Experience Updates page specific to the Disney Dream says that the ship will feature a brand new fireworks display on two different nights. Based on the most recent information I have seen, Guests will be assigned their show date prior to setting sail, which will be available on the  Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. More notable, I haven’t seen any mention of Pirate Night on the schedule. So I’m guessing that the Disney Dream will be trying some new experiences and events that will also ensure the health and safety of the Guests and crew. I hope this doesn't make you want to walk the plank but rather you are willing to embrace the new and SEA what happens on your voyage.

Despite these changes, I hope you will have a fabulous experience on your cruise. Chart a course back to planDisney if we can be of any help to you before your departure.

    Happy Sailing!
