Ahoy, Amy!
It looks like you’re trying to PACK in as much fun as possible while visiting
Australia. I don’t blame you! Unlike airlines, Disney Cruise Line doesn’t have a luggage size or weight limit. According to the
Cruise Contract, each Guest is allowed to bring a reasonable amount of clothing on board, with a limit of two bags per person.
There is a size limit for your carry-on luggage. It should be compact enough to pass through the security scanner and must not exceed 22 inches in height, 14 inches in width, and 9 inches in depth. Keep in mind that you'll need to carry it with you until your stateroom is available.
Disney Cruise Line representatives will be at the terminal ready to check you in at your Port Arrival Time. Have your Port Arrival Form and passports with you. They'll swiftly scan your paperwork and verify your citizenship. You’ll be welcomed aboard in no time!
Typically, staterooms are ready by 1:30 p.m., but your luggage may take a few more hours to arrive. I recommend enjoying a delicious lunch at
Cabanas, exploring the ship, and unwinding by the pool until your stateroom becomes available. It’s also a great time to open the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and check the Daily Activity Schedule. Simply tap the heart icon next to any activity that catches your eye. About 15 minutes beforehand, you’ll get a reminder in the app letting you know the fun is about to begin. This way, you never have to worry about missing out on anything!
I hope this information helps your check-in go smoothly! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any additional questions. My pals and I are always happy to help.
SEAS the adventure!
