We are sailing on the Disney Wonder in October and we have two stop back to back at Castaway Cay. Does the boat stay docked for those two nights? Or does it sail?

    Welcome Aboard, Angela!
Congratulations on booking an awesome "double dip" cruise in October! The only thing better than a Disney Cruise that visits Castaway Cay is one that visits twice!

I recently received a similar question from a guest sailing on a double dip cruise in September. On their particular cruise, they have a short day on the island on the first stop, with a full day ashore on day two. I was told the ship may sail for a bit or may stay docked on Castaway Cay overnight.  I can't imagine they would burn fuel when they can stay docked on a gorgeous island, but they couldn't give me a definite answer! I'm sorry I don't have more information for you, but I'm sure if you ask once you're onboard, they'd be happy to help!

What a wonderful itinerary - to have two days to enjoy all that Disney's private island paradise has to offer. You can check out all the Port Adventures available here.

Thanks for stopping by the Moms Panel with your question. Please come back and visit if you have more questions as your sail date approaches!

    Have a magical day - Diane W.
