Greetings, Addi, from across the pond! Welcome to planDisney. It’s a pleasure to have you here!
Your upcoming holiday sounds absolutely splendid, Addi! A journey to the United States followed by an
Alaskan Cruise is quite the adventure. I’m delighted to assist you in packing for this extraordinary journey.
Most evenings, "
cruise casual" attire is recommended, except for formal night on Tuesday and semi-formal night on Saturday. Make sure you bring a sweater to wear with your formal attire since the temperature can fluctuate. The
Freezing the Night Away Deck Party is on Friday. The ship transforms into a wintery wonderland to match the Alaskan chill. There’s a flurry of activities happening around the ship during the day. Even the dining rooms take part and feature some traditional Nordic cuisine. After dinner, Deck 9 hosts a royal party with the Arendelle crew.
Once you board the Disney Wonder, you can access your dining rotation details via the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. The app will also guide you to the fantastic entertainment offerings. From character meet-and-greets to live shows, trivia, animation classes, and more, you'll have everything at your fingertips.
On your glacier viewing day, don’t miss spending some time on deck, even if you have a verandah. Decks 9 and 10 come alive with activity. Hot chocolate and cozy blankets are available to keep everyone warm and snug. Keep an eye out – you might even see Captains Mickey and Minnie taking in the breathtaking view.
I hope Alaska captures your heart as it did mine. Should you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to make your experience unforgettable!
SEAS the adventure!
