Hello Serina! Thank you for dropping anchor at planDisney with your question.
I had an unforgettable voyage to
Alaska last summer aboard the Disney Wonder. It looks like you're the go-to planner for your extended family – guess what, me too! I'm thrilled to assist you every step of the way to make sure this trip is absolutely spectacular!
Disney Port Adventures are a great way to explore the beautiful ports of call. Your guide will expertly navigate you away from the crowds, allowing you more time to soak in the breathtaking sights. Our whale-watching excursion in Icy Strait Point was absolutely phenomenal! The boat driver knew just where to stop for some fin-tastic sightings!
If your reservations are paid in full, you can begin booking Port Adventures and
onboard activities for your entire group at midnight on April 3. I assume your reservations are already linked, but just in case, navigate to the "Already Booked" tab on the Disney Cruise Line website and click the drop-down arrow next to your reservation number. If you see the other staterooms listed, you are good to go! If not, choose "Add and Link Reservations." Type in one person’s name, date of birth, and reservation number from the stateroom you want to link. Once all the rooms are connected, coordinating plans becomes a breeze. You can log in and reserve Port Adventures for everyone in your group, as well as Beverage Tastings, adult-exclusive dining, nursery time, and Senses Spa appointments.
The next key date is Online Check-In, which begins 30 days before your adventure. You'll need to check in each stateroom individually or have family members handle it independently. To streamline this process, take a photo of everyone’s citizenship documents, have an individual color photo of each Guest taken against a neutral background, and gather everyone's onboard payment details and travel plans. The last step is choosing a port arrival time and carefully reviewing and accepting the cruise contract. Once all these steps are completed, you can save or print your Port Arrival Form for the port.
If you need any further assistance or advice, feel free to ask. My pals and I are here to help things go smoothly!
SEAS the adventure!
