Hi! I will be sailing on the Disney Magic HOTHS Cruise to Canada next month. I don't see an option to reserve a spot for the Frozen meet and greet. Is that something that we still need to reserve a ticket for in advance? Thanks.

Greetings, and warm welcome back to planDisney, Chelsea!

Disney-style chills and thrills with not-so-scary activities, entertainment and the most bewitching décor await your arrival on your Halloween on the High Seas sailing! As soon as you board, you will see the magical Halloween Tree named, Reap in the Atrium Lobby of your ship, the Disney Magic, doesn't that sound like a lot of fun?

Chelsea, I will be sailing back-to-back sailings on the Disney Wish next month, also on a Halloween on the High Seas voyage and noticed that my booking window for this type of character gathering is not aligned with the standard Disney Cruise Line – Castaway Club advance booking window, rather it is approximately 30-days prior to my sailing, more in alliance with my Online Check-In window. You can access the exact date that your character booking begins by opening the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App, selecting your cruise reservation itinerary followed by opening Cruise Activities. From there access Onboard Fun and then Select Day to see the date for booking beneath the description.

Chelsea, as the Frozen Meet and Greet is a ticketed event, this means there will be limited availability, therefore, mark your date to not miss this fun opportunity!

For the First Time in Forever! If you’re sailing on a select 7-night Disney Magic voyage, you’ll be in for a morning surprise like no other when you visit the Atrium Lobby. It’ll be transformed into a winter wonderland with friends from the Frozen Kingdom of Arendelle and an entire day of Frozen festivities and fun, including dining from a Nordic-style dinner menu followed by a Frozen Deck Party (subject to select sailings and subject to change).

    Tips:
Chelsea, why not book your next voyage during your current sailing, save some money, and look forward to another Disney cruise by visiting the Onboard Sales Desk located on Deck 4, Midship or by using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App?

Please refer to Disney Cruise Line’s – Know Before You Sail resource in preparation for your sailing.

Chelsea, I hope this information is helpful and welcome you to my beautiful country of Canada! I wish you the most magical and spook-tacular Halloween on the High Seas sailing with Disney Cruise Line!

    See Ya Real Soon!
    Jacqueline
