We are sailing on the Disney Magic to Alaska in just 11 days. What days are the semi-formal and formal evenings?

Ahoy, Pamela, and welcome to planDisney! There's a lot of excitement coming your way. Between the thrilling port adventures of Alaska, onboard activities, amazing shows, and lots of great food, you can also look forward to themed nights with fun opportunities to dress up. Let's dive into the details!

The schedule for your upcoming Alaskan cruise currently shows a formal night on Day 2 and a semi-formal night on Day 5. This is subject to change, so it's a good idea to check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you're on the ship. When you connect to the onboard Wi-Fi, the app will populate with the latest event, activity, and entertainment schedules.

Day 3 will be extra special on board, with experiences that celebrate the magical world of Anna and Elsa. Get ready for activities such as a sing-along deck show, a scavenger hunt, a themed dinner, and more. Some Guests like to dress up to fully immerse themselves in the Arendelle-inspired fun.

As you pack your bags, check out the Disney Cruise Line website for a helpful list of items to bring. That way, you'll be prepared for Alaska's sometimes unpredictable weather. Make sure to toss in some sunglasses, a hat, and binoculars, too! The list also highlights items you'll want to leave at home for a smooth arrival on embarkation day.

Pamela, I hope you have an amazing time aboard the Disney Magic! If you have any questions once you board, you can stop by the Guest Services Desk on Deck 3. It's generally open 24 hours a day. Of course, you can also ask us questions at planDisney – we're always happy to help!

    Smooth sailing ahead,
    Kriss
