aboard the Disney Fantasy with Pixar Days at Sea sounds absolutely incredible, and I completely understand wanting to be ready the moment those special character experiences become available. With all the extra Pixar fun onboard, it feels a little like stepping straight into Andy’s toy box with Woody, Buzz, Mike, Sulley, and the whole gang along for the adventure.
One of the best parts of
Pixar Days at Sea is all the unique entertainment and character opportunities that you normally won’t find on other sailings. Experiences like the Hey Howdy Breakfast with Woody and Friends, An Incredible Encounter, and Meet Rex add so much extra fun to the voyage. And of course, while it’s not exclusive to Pixar Days at Sea,
Royal Gathering is usually another very popular reservation for Guests hoping to meet several Disney Princesses in one magical stop.
You are absolutely correct that these bookings open 30 days before your sailing at midnight Eastern Time. Since your booking window opens in December and you’re in the United Kingdom, that would make your local booking time 5:00 AM. Definitely an early morning, but probably easier than trying to explain to Roz from Monsters, Inc. why you missed your reservation window.
These experiences can disappear faster than Dash running laps around the ship, so I definitely recommend being logged in and ready to go right before 5:00 AM. My strategy is always to prioritize the event that matters most to my family first and then work through the others afterward.
And if you don’t snag everything right away, don’t panic and go full Anger from Inside Out. Once you arrive at the cruise terminal and connect to the ship’s Wi-Fi, open your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and check again because additional reservations sometimes become available at that point. If you’re still missing something important,
Guest Services onboard may also be able to help with availability or waitlist options if offered.
