Hi Patricia!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! So much awaits you onboard the Disney Fantasy, including one of my family’s favorite live show, “Disney's Aladdin – A Musical Spectacular”! We just can't get enough of the silly Genie!
One of the great perks about Disney Cruise Line is the option to
bring onboard beverages, including alcohol, if you choose to! Please note that any you bring on must be in your carry-on luggage and not part of your checked luggage. So go ahead and bring what you need, but be sure you can handle it until your stateroom is ready. Staterooms are typically ready for Guests around 1:30PM and checked luggage will magically appear outside your stateroom throughout the afternoon and into the early evening so I also recommend carrying on anything you may need for that afternoon! We always pack swim suits because one of the first things my boys want to do is hit the pool!!
Your stateroom has a beverage cooler in it, but I always like to bring onboard a tumbler cup for each of us as well. This way we can fill it with ice and/or water at the refillable drink stations on the pool deck without having to trek back and forth so frequently! Disney Cruise Line is in the process of making changes to
eliminate the use of plastics onboard, so having your own reusable cup can be super handy onboard! Of course, there are some really great souvenir ones that you can also purchase onboard and take home as a memento from your vacation at sea!
Wishing you a magical adventure at sea, Patricia! Say hi to Captain Mickey for me!
Happy Sailing!
Stephanie
