    Sailing in disney fantasy middle of May 2026. I'm trying to find out about theme nights/ schedule of character meet and greats and gala nights.

    Oh boy! You're in for a special experience aboard the Disney Fantasy. Here's a list of just a little bit of the magic you can expect on your May 15, 2026, 5-Night Bahamian Cruise from Port Canaveral.

    Day 1: As you become familiar with the Fantasy on your first day, you can start a relaxing vacation with a so-called "cruise casual" night as you start your rotational dining experience.
    Day 2: On your second day, experience historic Nassau, Bahamas. In the evening, you may choose to make things a little bit fancy on the optional dress-up night.
    Day 3: After experiencing the phenomenal Disney Lookout Cay at Lighthouse Point, take it easy with another "cruise casual" night.
    Day 4: Take care to avoid wearing yourself out too much at Disney Castaway Cay to ensure you have enough energy to party like a buccaneer and stay up for fireworks on Pirate Night.
    Day 5: Here's your last chance to vacation like you mean it with another "cruise casual" night.

    So what about meeting characters? Your best resource for discovering when and where to find your favorite Disney pals is the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. But if you would like to be surprised, I recommend hanging out in public spaces, especially the ship's main atrium and near the family beach at both Castaway Cay and Lookout Cay.

    It has been just over a year since my family's last time on the Disney Fantasy. You're making me think it is past time to experience it again. Fortunately, we have a cruise booked on the Fantasy's sister ship: the Disney Dream. I can't wait to enjoy "where magic meets the sea" yet again.
