We are sailing on the DIsney Dream 10/26/2015. I've read online where past cruisers have dropped off a pillow case or picture matte with guest services for character autographs. Do you know if they still offer this service?

    Welcome Aboard, Jennifer!

Only a few more days until you step aboard the gorgeous Disney Dream and sail away with Captain Mickey! I'm sure you must be counting the minutes until your Disney Cruise Line vacation.

Unfortunately, Disney Cruise Line has discontinued the practice of guests being able to drop off items at the Guest Services Desk to be signed by Disney Characters. Guests are now asked to bring their items with them to Character Meet and Greets for autographs. The good news is - additional Character Greetings have been added so that guests can meet more characters in person for signatures and photos!

Make sure to stop by the Guest Services Desk on your first afternoon onboard for Meet and Greet ticket distribution. Some of the most popular Character Greetings (Princess Gathering, Princess Anna and Queen Elsa) have limited space, and you'll need a (free) ticket to reserve a spot in line.

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you have a most magical time on your vacation! - Diane W.
