We are sailing the Disney Dream out of Port Everglades in just a few weeks. We are staying at the Hilton Marina and taking DCL transportation to the port. We have not received our luggage tags yet - what happens if they do not arrive before we sail?

Ahoy there, Jennifer!   It is almost time to head to sunny South Florida and then onboard the Disney Dream.

Luggage tags are usually mailed 60 days prior to sailing. Sometimes, there are delays, but there is no need to worry.  The porters will have some available for use when you are ready to drop off your luggage at the port.  Later in the day, your checked luggage will be waiting for you at your stateroom.

Take a look at the Disney Cruise Line packing list to make sure you are ready for your magical vacation.  Place your travel documentation, such as a passport, sunscreen, prescription medications, and your cell phone charger in your carry-on bag so they will be accessible.

Don't forget to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app so you can see all of the onboard activities once you are on board and connected to the complimentary DCL-GUEST wireless network.   I know you and your family will have an amazing adventure on the Disney Dream, Jennifer.  If you have any other questions, sail back to us at planDisney. We are happy to help!

    Happy Sailing!
