Ahoy to you, Mallory! Welcome to the planDisney panel where my pals and I are always happy to help!
You are just a few short weeks away from a
DREAM vacation, aren't you? May is a lovely time to set sail and I can't wait for you to be welcomed aboard the Disney Cruise Line. I bet you are thinking about
what to pack for your upcoming cruise vacation.
Well if you are a fan of pirates, I have some good news for you. It appears that some bellowing buccaneers are heading for the Disney Dream during your 4-night itinerary! Keep an eye on your treasures and pack some pirate-worthy garb if you'd like to join in on the fun. Currently, Pirate Night is being celebrated with a special menu during dinner and some fun pirate-themed entertainment around the ship. While the traditional Pirate Deck party is still paused, you never know what might change between now and your sail date. Check the Updated Experiences page as you prepare to set sail to see what you might be able to expect. Deck party or not, the entertainment is swashbuckling fun.
Have a fantastic time onboard the
Disney Dream! Remember that it won't be long till you can check-in for your Disney Cruise. Check-in begins at midnight EST exactly 30 days prior to your sail date. Be sure to have clear photos of your personal travel documentation (passports, for example) and security photos of your crew on the device you'll be using for check-in. The security photos need to be well-lit recent photos of each member of your sailing party from the shoulders up against a blank wall, with any eyeglasses removed. You may use the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to check-in for your cruise. I did this recently and found it was faster than using the website.
Please cruise back to us at the planDisney panel if you have any further questions. It's a pleasure to assist you.
Bon Voyage!
