    We´re sailing on Disney Dream in Jan 11. We´re from Brazil; my 9-y-old son is a bit shy and speaks very little English. Are there any activities for him at the kids club? Is there a possibility that cast members at the club speak Portuguese or Sp

    Hi Juliana,

    Welcome to the Moms Panel, this is a great question!  The cast members aboard the Disney Cruise Ships hail from around the globe, and represent more than 60 different nationalities!  When registering your child for the the Youth Programming (I suggest you do it online prior to sailing), there will be a opportunity to indicate any special concerns.  This would be the perfect place to address your concern, and be sure to specify which language he communicates best in.  Thankfully, FUN is a universal language - so he should be able to participate in just about anything, but by addressing the language barrier they can have the proper cast resources available for your child.
