Hello! We are sailing on the Disney Dream at the end of june! I am able to book spa services and the nursery in advance but do I not pay for those until we are aboard the ship? And can I cancel these things at any time if our schedule changes w/o penalty?

    Hello Eleanore!

I'm so excited to hear that you'll be sailing on the Disney Dream in such a short time!  It will be here before you know it.  It's a gorgeous ship, and there are so many magical things onboard to discover and enjoy:)

You are correct in that you do not pay for spa services or nursery care in advance of your trip.  There are, however, penalty charges that apply if you do have cancellations.  Don't worry, though...Disney Cruise Line understands that with all they have to offer onboard, plans are bound to change.  I think that the cancellation policy is very reasonable.

If you are cancelling a spa service, you may do so up to 24 hours before the time of your appointment.  If it is less than that amount of time, you will be charged 50% of whichever spa treatment you had reserved.  With the nursery, you can cancel up to 4 hours prior to your reserved drop off time.  If it is less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the nursery fee.

I hope this helps.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.  Bon voyage Eleanore!
