Ahoy, Gus! Welcome to planDisney and thanks for sailing over with all of your Disney Cruise Line questions.
It sounds like you will be setting sail on the 5-Night Western Caribbean Cruise from Fort Lauderdale aboard the
Disney Destiny on July 18-23, 2026. As of right now, your itinerary has an optional dress-up night on Day 2, which is your first full day at sea, and
Pirate Night is scheduled for Day 3 after your stop in Cozumel. However, the exact schedule could change, so be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App prior to sailing for access to the most up-to-date information once you step onboard.
As for the
internet packages, you can choose between the $30 per day Internet Package or the $49 per day Internet + Streaming Package. The Internet Package allows you to check your email, access social media, make video calls from certain apps, and search the web, whereas the Internet + Streaming Package allows you to do all of that plus stream music, movies, and television. Keep in mind that prices are always subject to change, but you may also be eligible for a discount if you purchase an internet package for the length of your entire sailing or are adding multiple devices.
Disney Cruise Line does not offer traditional drink packages like those that you may find on other cruise lines because many of the non-alcoholic drinks are already included with the cost of your booking. Some alcohol may be purchased prior to sailing via
Disney Cruise Line Onboard Gifts, but the options are generally limited to 6-packs of beer or wine packages.
The Disney Destiny has two adult-exclusive dining options, which both require advanced reservations.
Palo Steakhouse specializes in Italian dishes and offers some of the world’s finest steaks, while
Enchanté features gourmet French cuisine and international dishes. Prices vary because there are both prix fixe and a la carte menu options. Reservations became available when your balance was paid in full and your
advance booking window opened, which was determined by your
Castaway Club Membership level or status as a concierge guest. You can access available reservations by clicking on "Already Booked," logging into your MyDisney account, choosing "Book/Manage Cruise Activities" and looking at the Premium Dining options. If no reservations are currently available, then you can also check for any last minute availability on embarkation day.
I hope that addresses all of your questions. If you need any other last minute advice, then sail on back to planDisney. Happy sailing!
