Hello, Edric! Welcome aboard planDisney, where my pals and I are happy you stopped by with your question. It won't be long till your Disney Cruise Line adventure begins. I'd love to help you feel prepared to set sail.
Each night of your sailing, guests will be encouraged to wear "Cruise Casual" attire. At this time, the Disney Adventure does not have a specific themed attire night onboard. One night of your sailing, you can expect to enjoy
The Lion King: Celebration in the Sky, which is a fireworks show featuring songs from The Lion King. I've heard wonderful reviews about this fireworks show. For a great view, head to Deck 18 Forward about thirty minutes before the show begins. You can access the Daily Activity Schedule within the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you are on board the ship to see the complete entertainment schedule.
I'm glad you are asking about a photo package before you board the ship, as you can enjoy a discount on select
photo packages if you add them to your reservation at least three days before your cruise begins. If you are sailing with family members in multiple staterooms, the policy is that everyone in the stateroom with the person who has the photo package booked in their name will be included in the photo package, as well as any children of parents in that stateroom who are under the age of 21. For family members traveling in multiple staterooms together (such as grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins), an additional photo package can be purchased at a deep discount. This discount only applies for large families traveling together. If you qualify for the discount, please reserve one photo package prior to sailing, and speak with Crew Members onboard to receive your additional discounted photo package.
You can take group photos, and as long as there is a guest from the stateroom with the photo package in the photo, they will receive the photo as part of their photo package. Please keep in mind that many of the photo backdrops set up around the ship may be limited to a maximum of eight guests for spacing and safety reasons. If you have a large group, you may wish to ask one of the photographers on board about the best place to take a photo together, so you can capture your entire party in one photo.
Edric, I hope that you are all smiles next month aboard the
Disney Adventure. Please sail back to us anytime. My pals and I are here to help!
Bon Voyage,
Adrianna
