Hello, Ronya! Welcome aboard planDisney. My pals and I are happy to see you here.
How wonderful to be planning to sail aboard the
Disney Destiny soon. Sounds like the perfect start to a new year. I can't wait to experience
Disney Hercules in the Walt Disney Theatre onboard, and dine at
Pride Lands: Feast of the Lion King. There will be so much to explore on the ship!
It sounds like you are doing some planning for the time you will spend off the ship, and I'd be happy to help you. Cabanas can be pre-reserved online, based on availability, up to three days before your sailing date. The message to check availability on board signals that they are currently all booked. I would suggest continuing to check the Disney Cruise Line website or
Navigator app, as inventory can change at any time. Guests are able to cancel reservations until three days before their sailing. If you are unable to reserve a cabana, I encourage you to check with the Crew Members at the Guest Services desk to inquire about availability once you are on the ship.
If you are unable to reserve a Cabana, you will find lots of spaces on
Disney's island destinations to relax in the shade. You can also choose between several Port Adventures or activities to take part in if you are looking to swim, snorkel, bike, or explore. Whether you can snag a Cabana or not, I know you will have an enjoyable time with your sailing crew.
If you have more questions or want some suggestions about how to spend your time at port, please cruise back to planDisney to ask. We'll be here for you!
Happy Planning,
Adrianna
