    Hi, We are sailing Dec 30 - Fantasy. Two days after my sons birthday. We will be in the air on his actual b-day. Is there anything that they ship offers to help him celebrate? and can I set it up before boarding? Thank you

    Hi Tom!

    Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My family and I love celebrating birthdays with Captain Mickey. Cruising to exotic locations while being surrounded by Disney magic is the most fun way to celebrate any special occasion. I'm honored to help you make special plans for your son's birthday onboard the Disney Fantasy!

    If you haven't done so already, give the agents at Disney Cruise Line a call at (800) 951-3532 to inform them that your son will be celebrating his birthday during your voyage; they will be sure to add a note to your reservation! Your Server and Assistant Server will see this note and plan a special birthday dessert for after dinner one evening during your voyage in the Main Dining Restaurants. Even though we've never had a Server who didn't pay close attention to every note on our reservation, I recommend mentioning your son's birthday celebration to him/her on the first night of your cruise, just to be sure they received it.

    Before your voyage begins, you can order birthday decorations to be "magically" set up inside your stateroom! Visit the Gifts & Amenities page on the Disney Cruise Line website to see the different in-room treats and decorations you can choose from. Your birthday buccaneer will be so surprised the moment he opens the door and sees the room all decorated!
